Where do I find that file?

MetaTrader 4

Terminal tab โ†’ Account History โ†’ right-click โ†’ Save as Detailed Report. For a backtest: Strategy Tester tab โ†’ Results โ†’ right-click โ†’ Save as Report.

MetaTrader 5

Toolbox tab โ†’ History โ†’ right-click โ†’ Report โ†’ HTML format. For a backtest: Backtest tab โ†’ right-click the result โ†’ Report.

What is read, and what is not

The reader extracts transaction rows only: instrument, direction, volume, open and close times, prices, stop, target, commission, swap and result. Deposits, withdrawals and balance rows are ignored in the performance figures. If your report is not recognised, send it to us through the contact page: unusual formats are added as they come in.

A diagnosis is not a prediction. Every measurement is based on past data. A well-graded robot can start losing tomorrow; a poorly graded one can keep winning for a few more weeks. What the tool measures is the structure of the risk โ€” not the future.
