Do you need my MetaTrader password?
No, and we never ask for it. Two modes of operation: either you drop in an HTML report exported from your terminal, or you install the bridge, an Expert Advisor that reports the account state read-only. Neither can open, modify or close a position on your behalf — except an explicit close order you configured yourself in a circuit breaker.
Can the circuit breaker place orders on my account?
It can do exactly two things, and only if you configured it: disable a robot, and close already-open positions. It can never open one. Commands travel through a queue the bridge polls; every execution is acknowledged and logged.
Do I need a VPS?
Not strictly, but it is recommended. The bridge only sends data while the terminal is running. If you switch your computer off, monitoring stops — an "account offline" alert tells you so.
Which brokers are supported?
Every broker offering MetaTrader 4 or 5. The bridge never talks to the broker, only to your terminal, so broker compatibility simply does not arise.
My report is not read correctly — what should I do?
MetaTrader exports vary with the terminal version and language. The reader locates columns by keywords in English and French, but an unusual layout can escape it. Send us the file through the contact page: we add the format within a few days.
Is the A→D grade an investment recommendation?
No. It is a risk measurement computed on past data, published together with how much it can be trusted. A robot graded A can lose money tomorrow. TheBotAnalyzer is a diagnostic tool, not investment advice, and gives no personalised recommendation.
What happens to a report analysed without an account?
Its grade and its verdict stay reachable for thirty days through its unique link, then everything is deleted automatically along with the source file. The full diagnosis needs a free account: created from the result page, it attaches the analysis and keeps it.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. No minimum term. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; your data stays readable, and report analysis stays free.
