To be reviewed by a lawyer before going live. This template describes how the service actually works; it does not replace terms drafted for your entity and your applicable law.

1. Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of TheBotAnalyzer, a tool for statistical analysis and technical monitoring of automated trading strategies. Creating an account constitutes unreserved acceptance.

2. Nature of the service

The service produces statistical measurements from historical data supplied by the user, and monitors the state of a MetaTrader terminal that the user connects voluntarily. It constitutes neither investment advice, nor a personalised recommendation, nor third-party management.

3. User account

The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and of the bridge tokens they generate. They undertake to supply a valid email address and to report without delay any unauthorised use of their account.

4. How the bridge and commands work

The user installs the bridge Expert Advisor on their own terminal and authorises it to communicate. The commands issued by the service are limited to suspending a robot and closing existing positions, according to the thresholds the user has configured. Opening a position is not possible.

Execution of commands depends on the operation of the user's terminal, their connection and their broker's rules. The service cannot guarantee the execution delay, the price obtained, or execution itself if the user's installation is unavailable.

5. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly, with no minimum term. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Exceeding a quota blocks the creation of new items, with no automatic additional billing. Prices may change, with prior notice and application at the end of the current period.

6. User's obligations

The user shall not attempt unauthorised access, carry out mass automated extraction of the service, or use it in any way intended to circumvent the limits of their plan. They warrant that they hold the necessary rights over the files they import.

7. Availability

The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Maintenance interruptions may occur. Monitoring only works while the user's terminal is running and connected.

8. Limitation of liability

The publisher's liability cannot be engaged for trading losses, missed gains, a command not executed because the user's installation was unavailable, or a decision taken on the basis of an analysis. The analyses concern past data and are not a forecast.

9. Termination

The user may delete their account at any time from their settings: deletion is immediate and final. The publisher may suspend an account in the event of a clear breach of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of [country]. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of [city], subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
