Billing questions
Can I change plan mid-month?
Yes, in both directions. Upgrading takes effect immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current period, so you never lose monitoring in the middle of a trading week.
What happens if I exceed a quota?
Nothing abrupt: creating one more item is simply refused, with a message saying which. Existing items keep working. No overage is ever billed without you choosing it.
Is there a minimum term?
None. Billing is monthly and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Your data stays readable, and report analysis stays free.
Do you offer a trial?
The Discovery plan is a permanent trial: report analysis, the health grade, risk detection and the Monte Carlo simulation are all complete there. What it does not cover is continuous monitoring โ which means running infrastructure around the clock.
